Parque Tempisque: a custom website
A community with its own identity, and a site that feels like being there.
Website for Parque Tempisque, a community in Guanacaste. Designed around its identity: an immersive full-screen hero, clear navigation across About, Residences, Park and Center, Spanish and English versions, direct contact through WhatsApp and tracking of where each visit comes from.

A whole community, with residences, a park and a center, needed a single site that conveyed its lifestyle and identity, without feeling like a generic template, with a simple way to reach the team and clarity on which channels bring in clients.
We designed and built a site around the park brand on WordPress with Elementor Pro, hosted on WP Engine, with GSAP animations that bring the hero and every section to life. We connected it to Google Ads and UTM tracking to know where each client comes from: organic search or ads. It includes a bilingual version and a WhatsApp shortcut that is always in view.
